Community Services for the Deaf

The Hearing Speech & Deaf Center’s Community Services for the Deaf Department is one of ten designated Community Centers for the Deaf and hard of hearing in the State of Ohio.  Established as a department within the Center in 1976, CSD is the only full-service, comprehensive program serving people who are Deaf and hard of hearing in the tri-state area. We operate 365 days per year, 7 days a week, 24 hours a day to meet the needs of those we serve.
